Sima Aroush

Born and raised in Aleppo, Sima holds a degree in teaching English. She is a proud mother of two wonderful children and the proud owner of A_la_mode_aleppo. Sima’s passion for cooking and baking led her to start this small business. Her love for Aleppo and its unique dishes inspired her to incorporate it into the name of her business.
